The aftermath.

Anyway I believed after this competition, we have gain much more experience. i believed i do and we can do much better for our next NATIONALS. For instance, i realise i need much much more practice especially for my individual event. From top 4 to last due to me " breathing too much". We have also minized the amount of DQ( disqualfication) which is a good thing. Up next would be open waters. The thought of it and my heart sank. Ironman ! ever heard what is that?
i·ron·man (ī'ərn-mān') n. A male athlete of remarkable endurance or durability. I hardly have such stamina and i hardly push myself during my openwater training . My expectation for this is GG. Good game . ): Surf .... den canoe .....den swim .... den run! WTF. GG man . HAHA but i'm looking forward to my rp team jacket which i believed is still in china or maybe in some jumbo jet on the way to singapore.
